This website was created to centralise information regarding the different pipelines used for bioinformatic analyses by the members of the Vallier lab. The aim is to help biologists get familiar with the jargon, the tools and QC steps necessary for each type of pipeline. Here you will find links to relevant tutorials and courses in order to help you get started and guide you as you step into the world of bioinformatics.
